al44 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the al44 platform. By registering or accessing the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the al44 platform and all services under it. Any person ("User" or "Member") who uses al44's website, app, or services agrees to comply with the terms below. If you have any objection to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use al44's services. By registering or logging in to the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and any such account identified will be closed immediately.
Section 1.2Legal Eligibility
Users must be legally capable and eligible to enter into this type of agreement under applicable law. al44 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasonable cause.
2. Account Registration & Management
Single Account
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is a direct violation of al44's policies, and all such accounts will be closed. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus or promotional benefits is strictly prohibited.
Section 2.2Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, that account will be cancelled and all balances in it may be forfeited.
Section 2.3Login Credentials Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the al44 support team immediately.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount at al44 is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same limits apply for each payment method.
Section 3.2Accepted Payment Methods
al44 supports only the following payment methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.)
Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Section 3.3Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. al44 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if verification is required. Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
Section 3.4Currency & Transaction Policy
All transactions on al44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). al44 reserves the right to suspend any transaction on suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity, and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
4. Bonus & Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at al44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.
Section 4.2Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Section 4.3Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. al44 reserves the right to exclude certain games from bonus wagering.
- Creating multiple accounts or engaging in any other manipulation to take advantage of bonus offers will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- al44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Before claiming any bonus, please read the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
al44 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect information, or unusual circumstances. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, that bet will also be considered cancelled and the stake will be returned.
Section 5.2Responsible Gaming

Section 5.3Fraud & Manipulation Prohibited
Any form of fraud, software-based manipulation, misuse of artificial intelligence, or collusion to gain an advantage is a violation of al44's policies. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
6. VIP & Loyalty Program
VIP Tiers
al44 has three VIP tiers:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistent participation and activity on the platform. al44 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
Section 6.2Cashback Payment
Cashback is paid at a set time each week. The account must be active and in compliance with the rules to be eligible for cashback. Cashback may be cancelled in the event of any rule violation.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal Data Collection
al44 collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purpose of providing services, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations. Details on how data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Section 7.2Data Security
al44 uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to keep user data secure. However, complete security over the internet cannot be guaranteed — users must also keep their own login credentials safe.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
al44 aims to provide uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events. al44 will not be liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.
Section 8.2Betting Outcomes
Gaming or betting outcomes are entirely impartial and chance-based. al44 does not guarantee any specific outcome. Users must be aware of the possibility of financial loss in gambling.
Section 8.3Third-Party Content
The al44 platform may include games provided by third-party game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.). al44 is not fully liable for technical errors or discrepancies in these games.
9. Account Suspension or Closure
al44's Rights
al44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of the Terms
- Providing false information or concealing identity
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Order from a court or regulatory authority

11. Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous
Right to Modify Terms
al44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after the updated Terms have been published on this page will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 11.2Severability
If any section of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect.
Section 11.3Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between al44 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
Section 11.4Language
The Bengali version of these Terms is considered the original document. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the Bengali version will prevail.
